Stress management for entrepreneurs

Stress is an entrepreneur's daily dose and learning to live past it plus ravaging all its causes before hand is a great skill to master for every entrepreneur. This coming from the high number of startups that are being closed within their first year of opening. 
The latest results show that up to 70% of all startups die in the first year. I am not and I will not be the first to expect the highest part of that group being caused by entrepreneur stress.

Stress has made guyz sell businesses, it has made people lose friends and made some guys to end their lives.However scary stress is, we are not taken away from the fact that it's caused by our bodies by releasing cortisol hormone. 
Keeping the level of cortisol low becomes a necessity because it improves on decision-making and keeps you present. The outcome is an increase in your focus and you know that great businesses are made by a leader with laser-like focus.

The ways of battling stress that I am giving you will at most cases work out for you though it's not my guarantee that all is well for all.

1.Take a cold shower
Results from deceptive psychology show that cause and effect are so related that the effect leads to a cause and vice versa. An example is one where if a person wants to be more happy, then he should use the effect(smiling) that is caused by happiness in order to get happy.
In application to stress and knowing that stress causes an increase in the temperature of its victim beyond his normal range, staying in a hot room must substantially increase your stress levels and taking a cold shower will also reduce your stress levels. 
I have done this most times and what I realized is that the amount of stress must dictate the time you spend in the bathroom. If you lost a phone and it was so vital to your life then the time spent should rise considerably. You'll be surprised how fast the water will wash away the stress.

2.Meditate
There's a say that your fear is always greater than the real experience you would get if it was to happen. When we fear the consequences of our lives decisions or loses, we get so stressed and the only way to allow you look deep into what is really upsetting you is to take a slow meditation.
Look at the cause from all angles and make it naked then you'll see all the nice alternatives you can have depending on each situation. Peace chases stress and trust me it works a million times.

3.Take a leave

This is not to distract you, but to let your body settle down and accept the current status.  Taking leaves helps those who can't hold on to the problem  and roll with it. Remember that all you need is time to have a little bit of self changing.
 It saves your heart because sudden changes in levels of heart pressure can jam the heart just as confusion can break a bond of humans.

4.Search for signs of depression

Depression by its sounding is a bunch of stress and learning to hit it hard adds on your protective power against stress, but surprisingly, most people don't know the signs of depression. The main medicine for depression being accepting change, it's a matter of time that you'll master all the depression hacks.

5.Dance to the tune

Your brain is you and learning to control how it affects your life is the greatest skill in self development. This method works when you trust your self discipline. This ranges from understanding how stress affects you , your easiest shortcuts to defeating it and the best ways to stay out of it. Studying yourself takes time, experimentation and patience. 
Once you know yourself, dance with stress the way you want. However, human brains are always weak, you can't trust yourself so much that you avoid other routes. This is for some guys who will pretend they have the ability to fight stress yet they are summing a large bunch of cortisol and dragging their hearts to hell.

Summary

Stress can kill you so preparing for it before it pounces is necessary not only to entrepreneurs,but also to all people with all kinds of dreams in life. Fear not because stress is caused by yourself and their is a reason why and this is it: Because you have to fight it.
